    • Slot Service Center

    The Slot Service Center was established in 2013 with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and Cappadocia University, as a result of the evaluation of the safety risks arising from the rapid increase in the number of hot air balloon flights in the Cappadocia Balloon Flight Area in Nevşehir in recent years, and it was one of the most important safety measures.

     

    Activities of the Slot Service Center

    Our center is in Cappadocia, Soğanlı, Çat, Pamukkale and Fethiye flight areas;

    • collection of information on flights,
    • creation of statistical data,
    • meteorological evaluation and flag application,
    • control of slot-right usage,
    • evaluation of departure suitability requests.
